A beautiful villa overlooking the sea, with views of the rugged coastline of Castro Marina, and characterised by an easy access to the sea (a stone jetty equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and steps into the sea) and its charming Mediterranean garden, all of which is private and enclosed. The living quarters consist of the Villa with a ground and first floor and an annex, situated within the grounds of the property and facing the sea.

Along the scenic road to Leuca (26 kilometres) you will find many small, attractive villages with restaurants where you can taste fresh seafood cooked in the local style.  A scenic downhill road goes from Castro Marina to the Zinzulusa grotto where you can visit the stalactites and the underground fresh water pools. 

VILLA- FIRST FLOOR:  3 double bedrooms with air condition, 2 with private bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 three quarter beds with private bath/shower room and another bath/shower room accessible from the corridor which gives access to all the bedrooms.

GROUND FLOOR: 2 large living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 1 large dining room, 1 double room with 2 three quarter beds and a bath/shower room.

ANNEX: 2 double bedrooms with private bath/shower rooms, a kitchen with gas rings only and a fridge. Both bedrooms of annexe also have a small room adjoining each with a bunk bed with 2 beds.

Rental fee includes: water, gas and up to 250kw of electricity per week , two changes of bed linen for each bed, 2 changes of towels per person, a gardener to take care of the garden and 3 hours daily maid service (6 days a week) by two women. Notes: For daily cleaning included in weekly rate must be understood only and exclusively the reorganization and cleaning the house. All the extras, on request, at a cost of € 10,00 per hour. Deposit: € 2000.

Sea:  50 mt,  flat rocks bay with sun beds and ombrellas and with stone stair from which it is possible to plunge into the Adriatic sea. In the nearest Village (Castro) 500 mt, it’s also possible to rent boats for trips and explore other quiet bays where the water is turquoise.
