Le r\u00e9cipient doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s grand parce que la masse triple son volume et menace d&rsquo;envahir la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Plus tard, avec l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re, prenez peu \u00e0 peu la p\u00e2te, en\u00a0faisant boules sph\u00e9riques, et frire dans\u00a0l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive chaude.<\/p>\n<p>Pas aussi facile qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y para\u00eet. Si la lev\u00e9e de la p\u00e2te n&rsquo;est pas parfaite, il sera difficile \u00e0 les dig\u00e9rer.<br \/>\nSi l&rsquo;huile n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 la bonne temp\u00e9rature, elle ne sera pas\u00a0croustillant \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et moelleux \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<br \/>\nLa technique pour faire la p\u00e2te avec une cuill\u00e8re et faire des boules implique une agilit\u00e9 manuelle bas\u00e9 sur des ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.
