Recently renovated small Masseria with swimming pool, immersed in the countryside but at short distance from the sea and from the town of Lecce, that is renowned as the capital of the Baroque. It is a “green building”, designed and built so to ensure thermal insulation, and provided with solar panels and wind turbines for its energy supply.

Within the property area there are two different blocks, one next to the other, separating the living area from the sleeping area.

Two such suites also have one additional single bed.

Outdoor: just outside the living room, there extends a vast paved space with two shaded pergolas, equipped with garden furniture and a 12-seat round table. At a few steps, there is the beautiful round-shaped swimming pool, with a slowly sloping access giving a sort of “beach effect”. The wide garden is mainly as lawn, enriched by Mediterranean vegetation. Several relax spots are found within the garden area, where one can enjoy lunch or dinner al fresco, or a drink at sunset, or even -for the most romantic- the night sky shimmering with stars, particularly visible and bright away from urban lights.

FIY: the guests are invited to help themselves with the vegetable garden, where season vegetables and fruits can be found. Upon request, it is also possible to have organic eggs, olive oil, mozzarella and ricotta produced from a small artisanal farm nearby.
