Built according to typical architectural tradition, but provided with all comforts, Masseria Farnara is a masseria with swimming pool, on a property land of about 5 hectares of very old olive groves. Located in the heart of Salento, at the outskirts of the small town of Spongano, it is a few minutes away from the sea of Castro and of Tricase.

Its interior décor features many pieces of furniture made on measure, using wood or recycling materials, and perfectly blending in with the architectural style of the rooms, as well as the local culture and taste. The Masseria is thus characterized by a simple, typical atmosphere, yet it is very comfortable and cozy.

LAYOUT5 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning, and one of which with an additional mezzanine single bed (for a total of 11 sleeping places); vast living room with star-vaulted ceilings and fireplace, around which there extends the living area, separated from the dining room through an archway finished with "pietra leccese" (typical construction stone giving a very "warm" effect); toilet and pantry with washing machine; kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped with electric oven, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher, and overlooking onto an outdoor furnished and shaded patio, where there is a 10-seat dining table and a sitting/relax corner, with built-in stone sofas. The Masseria has various top-floor terraces, accessible also from outside staircases. Last but not least, the swimming pool (10 mt * 4 mt) is surrounded by another shaded patio and relax area with outdoor shower (with hot water).

AMENITIES: electric oven; washing machine; dishwasher; iron and ironing board; kettle; toaster; air conditioning in all bedrooms; GPL heating system; Wi-Fi; Hi-Fi; flat-screen TV; mosquito screens (bathrooms and kitchen windows); 1 outdoor shower with hot water; barbecue; parking spaces; sunbeds.

The house is accessible also for people with physical disability, given that, although there is an entrance step, there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor.

The weekly price includes: housekeeping service once a week; bed&bath linen; consumption charges for water, electricity (up to a max of 300 kWh; overconsumption at tenant's charge, € 0,30 per kWh) and gaz (up to 100 l consumption; overconsumption at the tenant's charge, € 0,85 per l). Upon request, additional housekeeping service at e 10,00 per hour. The final cleaning fee is to be set aside, € 250,00 to be paid in cash on arrival. Security deposit € 1.500,00.
