Situated at the very bottom of the Salento peninsula on the Ionic shore, just a stone’s throw away from spectacular sandy beaches - such as the ‘Maldives of Salento’- the little village of Patù offers a friendly atmosphere and a rich display of historic sites. There, Casale Il Pozzo, a delightful and elegant accommodation, provides for a unique and memorable holiday.

Casale Il Pozzo has been beautifully renovated and is surrounded by a manicured garden with a superb heated swimming pool. The property includes 5 apartments + 1 studio, some with typical high star-vaulted ceilings, which can also be rented separately. It can accommodate up to 25 people.
The outdoor area is probably what makes this property uniquely attractive: a vast garden area with garden furniture, gazebo, lounge chairs, promises magic moments of pure relaxation. On top of this, each apartment has its own private yard.                                

Please note:
all the double bedrooms can be turned into twin bedrooms and vice versa, thanks to a special innovative mattress connecting device.

Apt. C2, sleeps 2+2 (1 double bedroom + 2): includes 1 double bedroom, a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a cooking area, 1 bathroom with a shower and an attached private yard.

The weekly price includes: italian breakfast for max. 2 people (for each additional guest the breakfast's cost is € 5,00 to be settled upon arrival), electricity, water and gas utility charges, bed & bath linen change on Saturdays; gardening and pool maintenance service. Shared laundry area available (each machine wash € 5,00). Rates do not include the final cleaning bill of € 75,00 and the cost of heating over the winter months (based on consumption, € 2,00 per m3 of methane). Security deposit € 150,00. On request: bed linen change at € 15,00 for double bed, and € 12,00 for single bed; bath linen (three pieces) change: small towel € 5,00, medium towel € 8,00 and large towel € 10,00; bath mat change at € 6,00. Housekeeping service at € 12,00 per hour per person. Barbeque at € 5,00 and billiard at € 8,00. 

Please know that, as provided by the law, a tourist tax of € 1,00 per person per day (max. 7 consecutive days) will be charged for stays taking place between 01st July and 31st August. Children under 12 y.o. are exempt. 

FYI: pets are allowed only on request, subject to the property's specific regulation.

Patù was founded on the ruins of the ancient town of Vereto after it was destroyed by the Moors. It is situated in the south of the Salento peninsula, only a few kilometres from famed tourist resorts such as Santa Maria di Leuca (farthest tip of the Salento peninsula and the divide between the Adriatic and Ionic waters) and Salve, a seaside resort with spectacular sand beaches. Because of its outstanding natural landscapes featuring the Mediterranean scrub, Patù is a protected natural area.
