Villa Carla is a stone house built according to the ancient local tradition (trulli Salentini), with a panoramic view of the Adriatic coast. This villa has two completely autonomous and independent levels, available for rent as a whole or separately. The residence is located near Marina of Castro. It enjoys of a direct access to the turquoise sea (for the exclusive use of the residents of  Villa Carla).

The large terraces of both the ground and the first floor are equipped with garden furniture, can be used as an open living space and offer an amazing view of the sea. The interiors are typical 1980’s Mediterranean style. A path departing from the house and crossing through the beautiful Mediterranean garden leads down to the sea, where there is a concrete platform with steps into the sea, equipped with umbrellas, sun beds and deck chairs, which ensure comfort and ease of access to the crystal-clear waters of the coast of Castro.

Lower level:  large living-dining room with sofas and a 8-seat table, 1 master bedroom with a small private shower room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom with toilet (no shower), a third bathroom with bathtub, fitted kitchen.  Vast and furnished sea-view terrace outside, serving as outdoor leaving space.
Upper level:  living/dining room with sofa bed, master bedroom with  private shower room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom with toilet (no shower), a third bathroom with bathtub, equipped kitchen (also with dishwasher). Shaded sea-view terrace equipped with garden furniture.

Overall, the villa is simple, yet comfortable, especially suited for thoise people who look forward to have a taste of the direct and pristine contact with the sea so typical of life in the Salento. Upon request and at extra cost, it is possible to enjoy lunch or dinner based on typical dishes, prepared at home by a cook.

Within around 300 mt from the villa, there are various sea resorts. The wonderful sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast –those in Otranto, and those of the Alimini Lakes– are at about 20 minutes by car.

AMENITIES: dishwasher (upper floor kitchen); laundry area; outdoor showers; parking for 2 cars.

The weekly prices include: consumption of water, gas and electricity (up to maximum weekly 150 kWh; overconsumption charged at € 0,35 per kWh); bed and bathroom linen. For stay longer than a week, a once-a-week cleaning of the whole villa is mandatory, € 100,00 (including linen change). Final cleaning fee € 200,00.
