Villa Kitrino is a small charming villa situated in the vicinity of the small seaside town of Castro Marina. It is surrounded by a beautiful, manicured terraced garden in typical Mediterranean style overlooking the bay of the “Zinzulusa" grotto, renowned for its deep blue waters. The Villa is nestled within a private property enclosing other villas, from which one can reach, via a shared path and stairs, a rocky cove with an easy access to the sea.

The house comprises 2 floors: an upper floor with a living area and an amazing, furnished terrace with a sea view, and a lower floor containing the sleeping area.
Upper floor: a living-dining room with couches, armchairs and round table seating 6 people; a fully equipped kitchen with sea view, with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a breakfast table for 4. In the living-dining room, an indoor stairway gives access to the sleeping area on the lower floor, which opens into a corridor providing access to 3 double bedrooms with sea view, 2 bathrooms/showers and a closet. (Please note: one of the double bedrooms is smaller than the others and has a French-size bed measuring 140cm*200cm). Outside the upper floor, on the living room level, there is a spacious and lovely furnished terrace with sea view; whereas on the rear of the house, a roofed pergola equipped with couches, armchairs, a table seating 6/8 people, a masonry barbecue and outdoor shower with hot water.

The area surrounding the villa is a typical Mediterranean terraced garden with dry-stone walls, native plants such as prickly pears and Mediterranean scrub. All the outdoor sitting areas are comfortably equipped and furnished with an exotic touch.

AMENITIES: all windows in both sections of the house are equipped with mosquito screens; Satellite TV (with SKY decoder but no smart card) in the living-dining room; kitchen equipped with stoves, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. At the rear of the house there is an outdoor shower with hot water. 1 parking spot available opposite the house, in the private road leading to the villa and to the other villas in the property.

The weekly prices include: housekeeping 3 hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (extra hours available on request, at € 7,00 per hour); utility charges for water, gas and electricity; bed&bathroom linen. Any further change of linen is provided on demand at € 20,00 for each room. The end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the weekly price, € 150,00.

To the seaside: at 100 mt from the property, through a path shared with other villas, one gets to a rocky cove with an easy access to the deep blue water. Please note: for those who are not accustomed to walk on and bathe in the rocky coastline we recommend the use of rubber shoes.
Beach club: at 300 mt, the large seawater swimming pool of the "Zinzulusa" grotto.
Boat rentals available at the nearby village (Castro) for excursions and day trips to beautiful coves with crystal-clear sea along the coast.
