This lovely little villa, ideally situated in a wonderfully quiet environment, opens onto a beautiful garden with a lawn, olive trees, pine trees and oleanders, overlooking a magnificent fjord-shaped bay with crystal-clear water; it has direct access to the sea, both from a rocky cove and a sandy beach, while also neing only 500 mt away from Otranto town centre. The house is small but cosy and functional, feautures a vast Mediterranean style patio, with white columns reminiscent of the Aeolian islands, that is fully furnished with couches, wooden table and a barbecue.

The house is a two-story building. Ground floor: small living room with stone couches and fully equipped small kitchen also with a dishwasher. A wooden staircase in the living room leads to the first floor, which includes 2 bedrooms, one of which is a large master bedroom with sea view and a small en-suite bathroom with shower, and a second L-shaped bedroom with 3 single beds and a small bathroom with no shower.

Outside: the living room extends and opens onto a beautiful furnished patio overlooking the sea through the garden. It is a large, comfortable area with garden furniture, stone couches and a barbeque, ideal as summer living and dining area. Some sunbeds are located in the lovely private garden. 

Amenities: outdoor shower with hot water, 3 parking spots, washing-machine, dishwasher, SKY satellite TV (no smartcard); fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, toaster, blender.

NOTES: this little house is cosy and functional, and boasts a wonderfully well-kept garden facing the sea. Its main feature is in fact its direct access to the sea through a short pathway leading to, at no more than 50 m, to a lovely sandy cove with crystal clear water, and to, at less than 20 m from there, a beautiful rocky cove with deep blue waters, easy to plunge into via stone stairs.

The weekly prices include: gas, electricity and water consumption, bed and bath linen, and housekeepijng service for 3 hours 1 day a week. Final cleaning is not included and will be billed € 140,00. Extra cleaning and tidying up service is available on demand and will be charged € 9,00 per hour for minimum 3 hours.

Please know that, as provided by the law, the payment of the tourist tax will be required.
