This ancient little “Palazzo” with its beautiful and picturesque balcony lies in the heart of a hamlet in the Lecce area, not far from Santa Maria di Leuca. It has been recently renovated by the owner, an architect, who made a point of keeping the local traditional architecture, style and decoration unchanged. The house, simply but pleasantly furnished and equipped with basic but practical amenities, offers a perky, quaint and truly romantic atmosphere. A private courtyard with an old stone staircase leads to the main entrance.

A stone staircase in the kitchen leads to a wonderful terrace equipped with a pergola, an outdoor kitchenette with a stone barbecue, a dining table for 8, a shower and a delightful view of the white roofs of the village, a stretch of olive groves and, in the distance, the blue line of the sea (Marina di Novaglie, about 3,5 Km).

Distance from the sea: 3,5 Km (Marina di Novaglie), with little coves bordered by smooth cliffs for easy access to blue green waters. Well-equipped sea resorts can be found both in S. M. di Leuca (pebble coves - 9,5 Km) and at “ Le Maldive " large and long sandy beaches in Pesculuse (11 Km).
Nearest village with shopping facilities: the property is in the historical centre of the town, where a small food store and a bar can be found.
