Just 1,4 km from the centre of Santa Maria di Leuca, Villa Le Tre Porte is a charming villa with swimming pool and a superb view of the Ionian Sea. The sea is only 5/10 minutes away on foot down a pathway passing through the coast road and leading to rocky cliffs, beach resorts and restaurants as well. Built in stone according to the ancient tradition of the local farmers (the “Trulli” of the Salento), Villa Le Tre Porte consists of two units.

First unit: situated near to the main building, it is composed of two ancient, lovingly restored Trulli of the Salento, the so-called “Pajari”. They are independent and accessed from the rear of the main building. One features a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, the other one a twin bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower
Second unit: it is the main building including a large living room with sea view and satellite TV, an equipped kitchen, a small laundry room, a large double bedroom with air conditioning, a twin bedroom with air conditioning, a shared bathroom with shower. Outside: a vast Mediterranean garden surrounds the whole house and gently slopes down to the sea; large outdoor areas and an equipped patio, provided with dining table seating 8 guests, garden furniture and paved with "Pietra Leccese" (building stone typical of Salento). The swimming pool area is set near to the main building and is provided with sun loungers, deckchairs, outdoor furniture and outdoor shower.

AMENITIES: air-conditioning in all bedrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, TV with decoder digital receiver, swimming pool (10m x 6m), 1 outdoor showers with hot water, 3 covered parking spots and 1 uncovered parking spot.

The weekly prices include: bed & bathroom linen. To be settled upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, € 200,00; water and electricity consumption (up to a maximum of 300 kWh per week; additional consumption will be charged at 0,35 €/kWh), € 150,00 per week.

Please know that, as provided by the law, a € 1,00 tourist tax is due per person per day up to 10 consecutive days, from July 01st to August 31st. Exempt: children under 12 y.o.; disabled people; children under 18 y.o. in families with 3+ children, staying all in the same property.
