A beautiful, recently renovated house in the characteristic clocal countryside style, enjoying panoramic view of the sea, situated on terraced land with various shaded areas (some with sunbeds and areas for relaxing) and paths, stairs and steps scattered around in order to approach the several parts that compose it. The villa is built in and characterised by two Lamioni (typical buildings built in stone), of which one is original and the other is renovated, and surrounded by an olive grove of approximately 7000 square metres (the two Lamioni are distant from each other around 20 mt).

ORIGINAL LAMIONE: consists of a twin room provided with a ceiling fan, a small store room and travel crib; outdoor kitchen with gas rings, a stone sink, and a a fridge; bathroom with shower, with access from the garden;  2 independent terraces, one with a wooden table situated under an olive tree, the other with a pergola equipped with sun lounges.
RENOVATED LAMIONE is built on two floors. The upper floor is a single space with an upper sleeping area equipped with 2 futon beds, a sofa, a dining room table, storeroom with washing machine, bathroom with shower, a small kitchen with oven, gas rings and a fridge freezer, but no dish washer. There is a stereo/cd player. The sea-view terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and sunbeds. The ground floor consists of a master bedroom with travel crib and a set of drawers. Notes: access to the master bedroom downstairs is from the garden.

Amenities: barbecue, 2 outdoor showers, washing machine, ceiling fan in Lamione and the top floor of the renovated Lamione.

The weekly price includes: the first water tank load; gas and electricity utility charges; bed and bath linen. For a longer stay (more than a week), a weekly cleaning of the property is compulsory, and will be taken care of by trusted housemaids, at the cost of € 50,00 (including bath/bed linen). The final cleaning fee is € 80,00. Cleaning service of the house available upon request, at € 8,00/hour.

Nearby there are comfortable rocky bays with flat rocks and easy access to the sea (700 mt max). Wonderful sandy beaches are about 15 minutes a way by car. The Villa is charming, simple in style but comfortable, furnished with local products and especially attractive to nature lovers.
