Villa with swimming pool situated on about 1 hectare of land, and about 2.5 km from the seaside and 7 km from the well-known beach clubs of Lido Pizzo. The property has been completely renovated and is surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The outside area is well looked-after and it has Leccese stone flooring, it houses a swimming pool (13mt x 7mt, deep from 1.1mt to 2,5mt) with two hydromassage areas (Jacuzzi), 2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water, sun beds, tables and umbrellas. There is a caulk gazebo (5mt x 5mt) equipped with dining table and garden furniture; barbecue; car parks.
The Villa is built on two floors and the oldest part features the original star-vaulted ceilings and frescos.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofas and a stone fireplace, the dining area with table and chairs, the kitchen (also equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc.), 2 double bedrooms (one with also a sofa), 1 bathroom with shower and a double wash basin.
A marble staircase departing from the living room leads up to the first floor, where there is 1 double bedroom (the third one) with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a large terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and of the olive grove. The bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the countryside.
Finally, the Villa features a wine cellar built out of a typical underground water tank; air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom on the first floor; mosquito nets and TVs in all rooms; central heating, close circuit TV and alarm system; Wi-Fi. The owners reserve the right to access the property for maintenance works and in case of emergencies.
The swimming pool is open to use from mid-April to late September.
The weekly rates include bed and bath linen; utility charges for water and electricity up to a maximum of 250 kWh (excess consumption at the guests' cost). Final cleaning fee € 150,00 to be paid upon arrival. Cleaning staff available at € 10,00 per hour.
