Villa Azzurra is a very nice two-storey villa with swimming pool, surrounded by a 400 sq.m manicured garden, ideally located on the seafront of San Cataldo di Lecce. It is only a few steps away from sandy beaches (50 mt) and from the "Salapia" beach club (with also disabled acces).
Ground floor: an Italian garden with lawn grass where there is a swimming pool with beach furniture; large verandah with garden furniture; equipped kitchen with a barbeque; 1 double bedroom with bathroom/shower. The verandah gives access to the previously mentioned bedroom and kitchen, as well as to a roofed staircase leading to the first floor.
First floor: bright living area with couches, which opens into a superb large seaview terrace with garden furniture and dining table that can seat 12. The living area also features a large dining area with a table for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. At the back of the house, the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). One of the master bedrooms has a dressing room and ensuite bathroom/shower.
AMENITIES: swimming pool 4mt*8mt; air conditioning (cold/hot) in the living area and in all the first floor bedrooms (none in the kitchen). All bedrooms include a ceiling fan, as well as a dehumidifier in the ground floor bedroom. The kitchen features: cooktop stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, expresso coffee machine with coffee capsules, washing machine, lundry appliances (iron, ironing board), small portable stereo player); TV; baby cot. All windows come with mosquito nets. There is a hot outdoor shower in the garden. 1 covered parking spot + 2 outdoor spots.
The weekly price includes: housekeeping service on a 3-hour/ 1-day per week basis (extra cleaning service available at € 9,00 per hour); 1 bed/bath linen set per person; water and electricity consumption (the latter up to 200 kWh, above which charged at € 0,32/kWh); and garden maintenance. Heating charges are not included and will be charged on a consumption basis. End-of-stay cleaning € 200,00. A security deposit of € 500,00, to be settled in cash upon arrival, will be requested.
