Alloro 3

Superbly positioned apartment in Otranto, part of a residential complex surrounded by a flourishing garden, olive trees, bougainvillea and wayfaring trees, about 400m from the sea and the village.
The different apartments are disposed in groups of minimum 1 and maximum 4 apartments. The outside spaces of the apartments on the ground floor are larger than those of the first floor apartments.
All of the houses in the complex have an independent entrance from the garden, except Alloro 2 and 4. The furniture was mostly made in Morocco by local artisans, and fits in well with the local style.

The apartments benefit from the extensive outdoor, shady, green spaces with bamboo pergolas and colonial style outdoor furniture, which encourage guests to enjoy the coolness and the relaxing environment.
All are provided with tables, chairs and comfortable armchairs.

Each living room has an extra single sofa-bed, TV, and each kitchen is equipped also with the washing machine. Note that Alloro 4 is also provided with air conditioning in one of the double bedrooms and in the hallway of the sleeping area.

Alloro 3 is on the ground floor with 2 twin/double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, living/dining room, kitchen with oven and gas rings, and a verandah.

There are 2 other apartments available, with the same features and prices: Alloro 4 (first floor) and Bougainville 1, disposed on 2 levels: 2 bedrooms and one bathroom (with bathtub) on the first floor and living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and large outside space on the ground floor (table for 4/5 people).
