Located in Santa Caterina, beautiful Villa with a very large swimming pool, tennis court and a vast pine wood. The house is built on 2 levels (ground floor and lower floor) and is characterized by several little terraces enlivened by Mediterranean vegetation.

Ground floor: big living/dining area with 8-seat table, opening onto the spacious covered patio; fully equipped kitchen (also with dishwasher) with pantry; service toilet (no shower); one double bedroom with an additional mezzanine double bed, and with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: accessible both through an indoor staircase and from outside through stone steps, it hosts other 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower; the bigger room also has a wardrobe closet. Each of those bedrooms has independent access from outside through a door, giving onto a small terrace and from there to the upper garden of the villa.
Outside, extending from the living room, there is a spacious shaded patio, provided with stone sofas with cushions and other garden furniture. Further on, there is the vast swimming pool area, lined around by palms and trees, and equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, a big beach umbrella, etc. Finally, as part of the property, a beautiful pine wood, where there is also a mateco tennis court without electric lighting for the evening.

AMENITIES: very large swimming pool (10mt*23mt); all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV; TV with Sky decoder (no smartcard) in the living room; fully equipped kitchen; BBQ; 3 outdoor showers near the pool; several sunbeds, deckchairs, and beach umbrella; swimming pool towels; parking space for 4/5 cars under the pine wood.

The weekly price includes: gas, water and electricity consumption (up to a weekly maximum of 300 kWh; overconsumption at the guests’ charge, € 0,35 per kWh); weekly change of bed and bathroom linen; housekeeping service twice a week. Further housekeeping service on demand, € 9,00 per hour. The final cleaning fee is to be set aside, € 180,00.
