Villa Grecale, is a beautiful Villa with swimming pool, situated on the sea, in the vicinity of Santa Maria di Leuca. It is characterised by a collection of small typical rural buildings, known locally as “Pagghiari” (Trulli), which have been restored and rendered inhabitable.
The Villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and slopes gently towards the turquoise waters, between dry stone walls, olive, fig and carob trees.
In addition to taking advantage of its close proximity to the sea, the villa also has its own swimming pool, with ample sunbathing facilities, with comfortable and charming garden furniture, a pergola, in an Ethnic – Mediterranean style. Each “Pagghiaro” varies, with one or two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, equipped with a shower, some with their own kitchen.

All of these small units have a pergola outside, with garden furniture, and a living room with sofa bed. Except in the month of August, the single apartments of the Villa can be rented separately.
“Pagghiaro” Tipo 1 (F) (Pax 2/3)
1 double bedroom with 1 bath/shower, living room with a very comfortable stone made single-sofa bed, small kitchen area with hob, oven and a fridge. Independent access to a large terrace with a pergola which is part of an out door eating area with built-in stone sofas with cushions. There is also a barbecue.
“Pagghiaro” Tipo 2 (Ci) (Pax 4)
1 double/master bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1bathroom with shower, living-room with sofa, fireplace, kitchen with oven and small fridge. Independent access to the garden, pergola with garden furniture.
“Pagghiaro” Tipo 3 (Ca) (Pax 4 + 1)
1 master/double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub), a living-room with one very comfortable stone made single-sofa bed, fireplace. Kitchen equipped with cooking hob and fridge. Independent access to the garden with garden furniture.
“Pagghiaro” Tipo 4 (G) (Pax 2 + 1)
1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a living-room with one very comfortable stone made single-sofa bed, small fidge, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a cooking hob, sink and barbeque, to be shared with “Tipo 5 (L)”. Independent access to the garden with garden furniture.
“Pagghiaro” Tipo 5 (L) (Pax 3)
One room with double bed + 1 single bed, 1bathroom with shower, living area with one very comfortable stone made single-sofa bed, small fridge, outside kitchen equipped with cooking hob, sink, barbeque to be shared with “Tipo 4 (G)”. Independent access to the garden with garden furniture.
The weekly rates include bed linen and bathroom towels (additional sets will be provided for an additional fee). Final cleaning fee € 280,00.
PLEASE NOTE: access to the sea is easy, crossing the beautiful Mediterranean garden of the Villa, following the small paths that lead to the cliffs with turquoise sea, where one can find a small cement platform, to sunbathe or havea swim.
