Beautiful villa near Santa Maria di Leuca, surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean-style garden of olive-tree groves and shrubs. Inside this modern and charming house, there is a bright, spacious and cozy living area with wide glass windows that offer you a pleasant view of the garden. Furthermore, two large patios, one at the front and the other at the back of the house, permit enjoying the surrounding peace and quiet. The sleeping area is distributed between the main part of the house and the Annex (with en-suite bathroom) built in the garden, in the architectonic style typical of the "Lamie" of Salento.

Interior Composition:
Main body - 6 p.-: on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers (one of which is en-suite); bright living and dining area, with built-in sofas, fireplace and dining table for 8/10 p.; fully-fitted kitchen. Outdoor stairs, passing through a terrace with an amazing view of the garden and of the sea, lead up to a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

In the garden there is the Annex -2 p.-: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; outside small and picturesque garden area for exclusive use, equipped with garden furniture and provided with an outdoor shower.

Outside: two beautiful, fully furnished patios perfect to dine “al fresco”, immersed in the perfumes of the countryside of Salento. One of them in particular is set up with a large wooden table for 10-12 seats, stone-brick barbecue, worktop and sink.



Amenities: Dishwasher, small microwave oven, small gas oven; laundry room with washing machine; TV with Sky satellite; air conditioning in all rooms except the kitchen, fans in the bathrooms and in the Annex; outdoor shower; stone-brick BBQ; 5 outdoor car parking spaces.

The weekly price includes: consumption of water and of electricity (up to 100 kW/week – surplus at the cost of € 0.32 per kW), bed linen and bathroom towels, housekeeping and cleaning for 3 hours/1 day a week (extra cleaning fee is € 10,00 per hour). It instead excludes the final cleaning fee, amounting to € 130,00, to be paid upon arrival alongside with the security deposit.
