1 double bedroom + 1 double sofa-bed
Palazzo Eleuteri is a superb private residence located in Lecce’s historic centre and enclosed in an ancient complex dating back to the second half of the 16th century.
Clear evidence of the historical and architectural prominence of this ‘palazzo’ is the magnificent portal opening into the courtyard and the residence’s opulently adorned façade, highlighted by an sumptuous balcony - the “mignano” – from which the ladies of yesteryear could take part in the public life.
Acknowledged as part of the city’s artistic and architectural heritage, Palazzo Eleuteri has been beautifully restored and furnished with the greatest attention to detail. The outcome is a mix of remarkable elegance and prestige.
Laid out over 3 levels, - basement, ground floor and first floor accomodating a total of 14 + 8 people, the residence has been divided into 5 apartments and 1 studio apartment, which are totally independent except for the shared use of the solarium terrace.
