Palazzo Eleuteri is a superb private residence located in Lecce’s historic centre and enclosed in an ancient complex dating back to the second half of the 16th century.
Clear evidence of the historical and architectural prominence of this ‘palazzo’ is the magnificent portal opening into the courtyard and the residence’s opulently adorned façade, highlighted by an sumptuous balcony - the  “mignano” – from which the ladies of yesteryear could take part in the public life.
Acknowledged as part of the city’s artistic and architectural heritage, Palazzo Eleuteri has been beautifully restored and furnished with the greatest attention to detail. The outcome is a mix of remarkable elegance and prestige. 
Laid out over 3 levels, - basement, ground floor and first floor accomodating a total of 14 + 8 people, the residence has been divided into 5 apartments and 1 studio apartment, which are totally independent except for the shared use of the solarium terrace. All apartments, which can be rented jointly or separately,  include a LCD-screen TV with ground digital transmitter and air conditioning (heat/cool). A garage is available on request.

Palazzo Eleuteri  Apt. 5 L (1st floor – 75 m2 approx.) sleeps 2 + 2 people (1 master bedroom + 1 double sofa bed) and shares with Apt. 4 A the terrace and solarium terrace with showers (50 m2). It includes a hall/living room with a double sofa bed, a small kitchen (2-burner cooktop, microwave oven) and a master bedroom with a bathroom/shower. The main entrance from the exterior courtyard (15 m2) is shared with Apts 4 A and O.

Weekly rates include bed & bath linen, gas and water charges, and part of the electricity charges, the surplus of which will be calculated after checking the power consumption metre at the end of the stay. End-of-stay house cleaning is not included and will be charged at an additional cost of € 50,00.

Please know that, as provided by the law, it is required the payment of the tourist tax, amounting to € 2,00 per person per day from May to September, whereas to € 1,00 per person per day from October to April, over a maximum of 5 consecutive days. Exempt: children under 12 y.o.; disabled people; children under 18 y.o. in families with 3+ children staying all in the same property.
