A fascinating little house built in the traditional rural style using local stone, on the model of the Pajari and the Lamioni, typical farmers’ houses. The property comprises a nice Mediterranean garden and takes advantage of a wonderful view of the sea from a covered and furnished patio, overlooking the Bay of the Borgo di San Gregorio (Santa Maria di Leuca) and the Ionian Sea, which is only 400 meters away.

Layout: shaded patio equipped with garden furniture and offering a wonderful sea view; 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower; small kitchen with fridge, freezer, but no oven, no washing machine, no dishwasher; dining/living room with a sofa-bed (double) and a dining table.

Amenities: air conditioning, outdoor shower, barbecue, covered parking for one car.

The sea is at walking distance (400 mt from the house). By walking down the nearby path, you will get to the road running along the coast; crossing it over and then continuing onto the path, you will then reach a very nice pebble beach. Around 3 km away there are instead large and long white sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters.

The property is comfortable and functional and enjoys a dominating position relative to the sea, while also surrounded by nature. At short distance there are 2 other similar independent houses, taking advantage of the same sea-view, and characterized by the same architectural style and layout, although bigger (sleep 4/6). Both properties are also available for rent.

The weekly price includes: bed and bathroom linen, electricity, gas and water consumption utility charges. The final cleaning fee is not included, €80.00.
