Originally a working farmhouse, Masseria Apoìkìa has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its authentic character while offering all the comforts expected from a luxury holiday home. The interiors celebrate the simple elegance of traditional Puglian design, with thick whitewashed walls, beautiful stone floors, handcrafted architectural details, and a refined mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. Every space has been designed to feel warm, welcoming, and effortlessly connected to the surrounding landscape. The villa’s generous layout makes it particularly well suited for extended families or groups of friends travelling together. Accommodation

Masseria Apoìkìa is divided into three independent areas, providing flexibility and privacy for up to ten guests.
The main house features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two elegant double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Across a shaded terrace, the guest wing offers two further double bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. The two rooms are internally connected, making them ideal for a family or friends travelling together, while each bedroom also has its own private access from the garden. Guests can therefore choose to keep the connecting door open for convenience or closed to enjoy complete privacy. A separate stone cottage completes the accommodation with a fifth double bedroom and its own private bathroom, making it the perfect choice for guests looking for extra independence.
