The Itria Valley is par excellence the "Valley of the Trulli". It is a sought-after destination for international tourism, in central Puglia, including the towns of Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca and part of Alberobello and Ceglie Messapica. The green of the vineyards, olive trees and oaks, the white of the lime on the outer walls of the trulli and the red soil, on which stand many typical trulli, create an almost unreal atmosphere, in which to lose oneself and relax.
