Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a refined building in the historic centre of Lecce with a terrace-garden equipped with garden furniture under a bougainnvillaea pergola. Every room has direct access to the outside spaces through wide French windows. The apartment is elegantly furnished and maintains the original floor tiles.  It includes one master bedroom, one single room and another room, usually used as the laundry with a double sofa-bed.  There is also a large, bright living room with sofas and armchairs, a well-equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, two bathrooms, one with a bath, the other with a shower. A shared laundry facility can be used twice a week.   The weekly price includes water, electricity and gas and bed and bath linen.  There is a cleaning fee of 40.00 euro.  The weekly price applies to 3 people sharing 2 bedrooms.  There is a charge of 20.00 euro per night for each  extra bed.     The apartment is available on a daily basis at 150.00 euro per day for 3 people, with a 15% discount for use as a single, and an increase of 20.00 euro for each extra bed.  A discount is offered for periods of a week or more, proportional to the length of the stay.
