Villa Rita is a beautiful house in the typical Mediterranean style, very comfortable and with a fantastic sea-view. It is characterized by a fascinating décor, featuring precious materials combined well with elements of the tradition reproposed in a modern fashion. Moreover, it is only 1 km away from the wonderful sandy beaches of the southern part of Salento, those in Torre Pali and those known as “the Maldives” in the locality of Pescoluse.

Layout:
Bright and spacious living room/dining area, with wide glass windows, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, 6/8 seat dining table, sofas. From there, on one side, there is the fully fitted kitchen; on the other, the night area, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Outside, almost on the rear of the house, a beautiful veranda, accessible from the living room, equipped with 6/8 seat dining table offers the perfect set-up for dining in the summer air; this area is also provided with a stone barbecue, a stone sink and, further apart, an outdoor shower. In the yard in front of the house, there is a very nice shaded patio equipped with garden furniture, where you can enjoy an amazing view of the sea. Within the garden of typical Mediterranean vegetation, there is also a well-tendered vegetable garden, for the guests’ delight. The property area is enclosed all-round by dry-stone walls.

AMENITIES: air conditioning and heating in all rooms; dishwasher; oven; stoves; fridge/freezer; mixer, kettle, toaster; hairdryer; iron and ironing board; satellite TV; Wi-Fi; outside laundry area; stone barbecue; outdoor shower; several parking spots, both covered and uncovered, within the property premises.

The weekly prices include: water and electricity consumption (up to a maximum of 150 kWh per week; overconsumption charged separately at € 0,32 per kWh); bed and bathroom linen (weekly change; additional change provided at extra cost). Upon request, housekeeping and cleaning service at € 9,00 per hour. Excluded from weekly rates the final cleaning fee of € 180,00, to be paid with the rental balance.
