Rivamarina is a charming house with a spectacular panoramic view above the Adriatic sea and with the bonus of a direct access to the sea through a gate that leads from the property, along a few stone stairs and then walking on the fairly flat rocks, at a cove with easy access to the deep blue waters. The garden of the villa borders on the marine State property.
The property includes two totally independent units, the main house and the guest house.
Main house: large living-dining room, small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower, 1 master bedroom, 1 twin bedroom; outside, a beautiful terrace with a stunning sea view, partly shaded by a luxuriant fig tree, with garden furniture and masonry cushioned couches.
Guest house: fully functional though not as elaborately equipped as the main house, it includes a living-dining room with a double sofa-bed, 1 master bedroom, a large bathroom/shower and a small equipped kitchen.
At the rear of the main house, near the stone staircase leading to the guest house, a shady outdoor area with a dining table and garden furniture can be found. Lastly, on top of the main building, a stunning panoramic roof terrace with masonry cushioned couches.
AMENITIES - Both buildings come with: satellite TV (smartcard not included); hot/cool air conditioning units in all rooms except bathrooms; mosquito screens and hot/cold outdoor shower. The kitchen in the main building includes cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. The kitchen of the second unit comes with cooktop, oven and small refrigerator. A stone barbecue with a sink is also available at the back of the main building. 1 parking spot + an additional space in the private road leading to the electric gate of the property. Please know that it is not allowed to make use of other parking spots in addition to those two.
The weekly prices include: utility charges for gas, water and electricity up to 200 kWh (overconsumption will be charged at 0,25 € per kWh); bed & bathroom linen. The final cleaning fee is not included, € 130,00.
Sea: at 100 mt from the property, down through a stone stairs and then walking on the fairly flat rocks, there is a cove allowing an easy plunge into the crystal-clear water.(PLEASE NOTE: for those who are not accustomed to bathe in the rocky coastline we recommend the use of rubber shoes).
Nearest beach club: at 300 m, the sea water pool "Zinzulusa". Boat rentals available in the nearby village (Castro) for excursions along the coast.
