Surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden, and at only 450 mt from the sea as the crow flies, it is totally upholstered in stone, as typical element of the local architectural tradition. The villa is built on two completely independent levels, so that it can be rented out as a whole or in part.
On the upper level, “La Cuba A”, is the larger apartment with a furnished terrace and 2 loggias.
Layout: 1 master bedroom with private shower room and air conditioning; 1 twin bedroom, making use of another shower room; equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), also serving as dining room, overlooking a mediterranean-garden courtyard, with barbecue; nice living room with sea-view provided with one built-in corner sofa with cushions. At the lower level, “La Cuba B” is an apartment with a furnished patio overlooking the sea.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully kept Mediterranean garden of about 2000 sq. mt, where there is an above-ground swimming pool (7,50 mt * 4,50 mt * 1.30 mt). Available for the guests' use also an outside laundry room and outdoor showers.
The weekly price includes electricity, water, gas and bed and bath linen. The final cleaning fee amounts to € 200.00, and is to be handed upon arrival to the staff. Domestic help is available on request for housekeeping service.
