Villa Verna

Villa Verna is a beautiful, contemporary villa with swimming pool, characterized by an interior décor that tastefully blends modern pieces of art with typical objects of the local tradition. Immersed in the most authentic countryside landscape of Salento, it is not far away from two of the most attractive sea localities of the region: around 10-minute drive (11 km) from the natural reserve of “Portoselvaggio and Palude del Capitano”, as from Sant’Isidoro (8 km), picturesque coastal village with fine restaurants of sea food specialties, and beach clubs.

The Villa is divided in two separate apartments (a bigger one, and a smaller one), each with its own independent access, both sharing the outside garden and the swimming pool area.
The bigger apartment is composed of: 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room; the largest one also has a Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom, a small sitting room with sofa and a little backyard with garden furniture (shared with the smaller apartment); 1 bathroom with shower; living room furnished with sofas, armchairs and two large bed benches; dining room with 10/12 seat table; fully fitted kitchen, with microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
The smaller apartment, whose independent access is from the rear of the Villa, through the furnished little garden shared with the largest of the bedrooms of the other apartment, is composed of: a vast living/dining room with queen-size sofa bed and 6-seat table; fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, microwave oven, fridge and freezer; 1 double bedroom with shower room.
Outside, there is a vast meadow garden with Mediterranean vegetation, and a beautiful swimming pool area provided with sunbeds all-round.

Optional services
At an extra cost, it is possible to request:
- breakfast service, prepared and served directly at the Villa;
- “Home&More” service: it is possible to request, also the same morning, a “private dinner” prepared and served at the Villa.
