Cosy little villa with easy access to the sea on flat rocks, immersed in about 8000 sq.mt. of private land, housing also another similar villa (available for rent) and the owners’ Villa.

Layout: vast sea-view covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture; 2 double bedrooms (1 master and 1 twin); 1 bathroom with shower; small kitchen with fridge, freezer, sinks, but no oven nor washing machine; living/dining area, equipped with dining table and sofa, and with a nice sea-view balcony.

Amenities: outdoor shower, washing machine, barbecue, satellite TV, 1 covered car park.

The sea is 50 mt away from the house, down a path that crosses through a beautiful garden. In addition, at about 3 km on road there are long sandy beaches with turquoise water, in the locality of Pesculuse, so-called “Le Maldive”.

The weekly price includes: bed and bathroom linen, electricity, gas and water consumption utility charges. The final cleaning fee is not included, €80.00.
