Villa Kitrino is a small charming villa situated in the vicinity of the small seaside town of Castro Marina. It is surrounded by a beautiful, manicured terraced garden in typical Mediterranean style overlooking the bay of the “Zinzulusa" grotto, renowned for its deep blue waters. The Villa is nestled within a private property enclosing other villas, from which one can reach, via a shared path and stairs, a rocky cove with an easy access to the sea.
The house comprises 2 floors: an upper floor with a living area and an amazing, furnished terrace with a sea view, and a lower floor containing the sleeping area.
Upper floor: a living-dining room with couches, armchairs and round table seating 6 people; a fully equipped kitchen with sea view, with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a breakfast table for 4. In the living-dining room, an indoor stairway gives access to the sleeping area on the lower floor, which opens into a corridor providing access to 3 double bedrooms with sea view, 2 bathrooms/showers and a closet. (Please note: one of the double bedrooms is smaller than the others and has a French-size bed measuring 140cm*200cm). Outside the upper floor, on the living room level, there is a spacious and lovely furnished terrace with sea view; whereas on the rear of the house, a roofed pergola equipped with couches, armchairs, a table seating 6/8 people, a masonry barbecue and outdoor shower with hot water.
The area surrounding the villa is a typical Mediterranean terraced garden with dry-stone walls, native plants such as prickly pears and Mediterranean scrub. All the outdoor sitting areas are comfortably equipped and furnished with an exotic touch.
DistancesTo the seaside: at 100 m from the property, through a path shared with other villas, one gets to a rocky cove with an easy access to the deep blue water. Please note: for those who are not accustomed to walk on and bathe in the rocky coastline we recommend the use of rubber shoes.
