Beautiful villa with swimming pool set in 2 hectares of olive groves and fruit trees orchards, including fig, almond and pear, making it a charming bucolic setting.
Surrounded by ancient drystone walls and white walls, the property combines the traditional characteristics of a typical lamia and masseria -both unique to Apulia- with tastefully chosen pieces of furniture, thus creating a beautiful combination of traditional and contemporary décor styles. A series of winding white gravel paths contrasts sharply with the intense red colour of the terrain, somewhat embracing the house; given its superb natural environment, it really provides a peaceful and refreshing corner where to unwind and recharge mental and physical batteries, away from by the stress of everyday life.

The property is comprised of two distinct parts: the main body and the annex.

Annex: beautiful "trullo-lamia" with traditional barrel-vaulted ceiling, composed of 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, fireplace, a vintage white wardrobe, various design objects. The bathroom has one sink, toilet and bidet; the spacious shower corner, in polished concrete, offers a nice view of the garden through a window.

Main body: in the sleeping area, a vast space with lime painted barrel-vaulted ceiling has been divided by a separating wall, open leghtwise at the top, and with an archway shaded by curtains serving as access to the two adjoined double bedrooms (1 big and 1 smaller). The bigger double bedroom has a spacious wall-wardrobe. A small passageway, adjoined to it, gives access to the bathroom (with two sinks, toilet, bidet and a beautiful bathtub in polished concrete). Please note that the only way of access to the smaller room is by passing through the bigger one; in addition, in the sleeping area there are no separating doors between the different rooms.
Living area: vast, beautiful, open space with barrel-vaulted ceiling, housing, on one side, the living area with big and comfortable built-in stone sofas with cushions and a fireplace; and on the other, the dining area with table for 8/10 people and fully equipped kitchen (glass-covered cooking corner with 3 stoves, eletric oven, small fridge, dishwasher and high-quality utensils; another big fridge/freezer is placed outside in a storage closet next to the patio).

Outdoor: vast shaded patio, placed next to the living area of the property, equipped with dining table with 8/10 seats. Right next to the patio, there are some built-in stone sofas with cushions providing an ideal corner where to enjoy a nice happy-hour in the garden. In the same area, but on the other side, there is a worktop with sink and brick-stone barbecue. Lastly, between the Annex and the Main Body there is the swimming pool, 10 m x 3 m, and 1.90-2.00 m deep, tiled with mosaiques and provided with underwater lights; it is encircled by the solarium area equipped with sunbeds. Water mattresses and beach towels are provided. There are also two outdoor showers: one next to the swimming pool, the other behind the house. The swimming pool is open to use from May to September.

   Important information

The weekly prices include: utility charges for water, gas and electricity (up to a maximum weekly consumption of 60 kWh; the surplus will be charged at the average cost of € 0,25 per kWh); bed and bath linen (weekly change) and pool towels. Guests are invited to launder pool towels as required. The cost of the use of central heating over the winter months is to be calculated separately, based on consumption. The final cleaning fee amounts to € 150.00. A security deposit of € 700,00 is requested upon arrival.
