A beautiful house located in the historical centre of Lecce, a short distance from the Baroque church of Santa Croce. Built on two floors, ground floor and first floor.
Ground floor: Large entrance which leads to the living/dining area/kitchen and service bathroom. This area is an open planned and “L” shaped and it opens on to two light court yards equipped with garden furniture and climbing plants. From the living/dining area there is access to the kitchen which is well equipped. From the entrance there is a set of stairs which leads up to the first floor where the sleeping area is situated, and further up is the laundry area, followed by a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.
First floor: On reaching the first floor there is a vestibule, with a large fitted cupboard which can be used by all the rooms found on the first floor. On the left there is a large bathroom with a large bath and shower and on the right there is access to double bedroom with a canopy bed and opposite this there is a double bedroom and leading through this is another double bedroom with a private bath/shower.
NB: the weekly rental includes water consumption, bed/bath linen, electricity and cleaning for one day per week, not included is the final cleaning bill of €60.00.
Amenities: Washing Machine, Dishwasher, TV, air conditioning in one bedroom and in the bedroom/study. Public parking is 400m from the pedestrian area. This property is only available in the months of July and August.
