Situated on the Ionian side of Santa Maria di Leuca, only a few km from San Gregorio, perched on a hill offering an idyllic sea view over the wondrous bay of “Felloniche”, this small Villa is nestled in a 5000 m2 garden of olive trees and Mediterranean bush, where privacy, peace and quiet are assured.

The interior showcases a clean, simple but sharp style and includes a living room with two single masonry sofa beds and a fireplace, a fully equipped live-in kitchen (dishwasher included) with a dining table seating 6/8 people), 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. The outside features a vast half-moon-shaped patio surrounding the front of the house, containing garden furniture and a dining table seating 8/10 people.

AMENITIES: mosquito screens, safe, washing machine in one of the bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room and a corridor giving access to the two bedrooms, dishwasher (but no oven), iron and ironing board, TV with ground digital receiver, satellite, SKY (no smart card), outdoor masonry BBQ, outdoor shower, gas heating (additional cost based on consumption), partially fenced-in garden, shaded parking area for 2 cars plus another 2-3 non-shaded spots, large patio with garden furniture and dining table seating 8/10 people, inflatable 4 meters diameter pool, vegetable garden for guests to enjoy.

The weekly price includes water and electricity utility charges, bed & bath linen, beach towels for all the guests. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and will be charged 150,00 €.

Please know that, as provided by the law, the payment of the tourist tax will be required.

NOTE – Housecleaning and cooking services are available at an additional cost of approximately 9 €/hour.
