3 double bedrooms + 1 twin bedroom, 4 shower rooms
Splendid villa on the cliffs, surrounded by olive trees and a well-kept Mediterranean garden. This building is made of stone, in the local architectural style (“trulli-pagghiare”) and consists of four different bodies.
The upper level features two “trulli”; the first one includes a fully equipped kitchen, also with dishwasher, while the second one includes a large double bedroom with a bathroom. Both these constructions face a vast sea-view terrace, provided with a barbeque, and with a shaded pergola furnished with sunbeds for sunbathing and a big wooden table. At this level, there is also a further "trullo" including a nice double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A shady pathway connects to the lower level, located underneath this terrace, where a double bedroom with bathroom and a master bedroom also with bathroom are located. You can access both bedrooms through a small shady terrace with a view of the sea.
The house is very comfortable, with a classic style that blends well together carefully-refined pieces of furniture with elements typical of the local tradition. In addition to the fantastic view of the sea, another distinctive feature is drawn by the gently-sloping path that from the house leads down to the sea (but does not offer access to), crossing through the beautiful garden and offering an unobstructed view onto the untouched rocky sourrandings spotted of Mediterranean shrub. Villa Mediterranee is thus perfect for those who love to live in comfort, but at the same time want a direct experience with Nature.
