Located on the second floor of an ancient building (no elevator), this lovely apartment is particularly bright, well-furnished and features a delightful terrace with a panoramic view over the rooftops and alleyways of Lecce’s old town.

An entrance hall, a bright and comfortable living room with sofa, double sofa bed and TV, a large and fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats dining table, double sofa bed and fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a water closet (toilet and wash basin) and a beautiful terrace adorned with plants and equipped with outdoor furniture. The apartment features stunning vaulted ceilings and wooden floor.

Air conditioning, TV with DVD player, ADSL, fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and fireplace, heating.

Casa Cairoli is situated just a few steps away from the Duomo and the train station. Parking spots (pay and display parking) are 50 meters away, whereas free parking spots about 200 meters. Its location makes it an ideal base for visiting Lecce, renowned as the “Florence of the South”, and touring Salento with its many stunning places and beautiful beaches.

Despite being located in a lively part of the city, the apartment is very quiet as the rooms overlook the courtyard.

Weekly rates include bed, bath and table linen; water, gas and electricity utility charges. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and will be charged € 60,00. Housecleaning service is available on request at an additional cost.

Please know that, as provided by the law, it is required the payment of the tourist tax, amounting to € 2,00 per person per day from May to September, whereas to € 1,00 per person per day from October to April, over a maximum of 5 consecutive days. Exempt: children under 12 y.o.; disabled people; children under 18 y.o. in families with 3+ children staying all in the same property.
