The building’s front door opens into a large hallway where a flight of masonry stairs leads to the first floor landing giving access to two apartments. The largest, on the right of the staircase, is Casa Pagoda.
First floor: large lofted entrance providing access to all rooms: the kitchen/dining room (dining table seating 6 and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher), the living room with couches, armchairs, Satellite SKY TV and HI-FI, a double bedroom with a French size bed, a small bathroom with a tub (no bidet), a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower and a small laundry room. A small spiral staircase in the entrance leads to a loft featuring a wall mounted bookcase, a study corner, a couch and a single pouf-bed.
Furnished terrace: a second flight of stairs on the landing leads to a large lovely furnished terrace with a pergola, a dining table seating 12, masonry cushioned couches, garden furniture, a masonry kitchenette with a dishwasher, a small refrigerator and a barbecue.
FYI: the building’s hallway, the staircase and the landing are shared with another small apartment on the first floor, while the terrace is the exclusive property of Casa Pagoda, even though the access is through the shared staircase and landing.
