This charming studio unit is located in an historic building at the heart of Lecce’s historic centre.
It features a single room with a living area and a kitchen area with a fridge, freezer, stove and oven, furnished with kitchenware, pots and pans, a table with six chairs, a big bookshelf, a TV set and a stereo. The sleeping quarter consists of a double bed with a spacious wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a storage room.
The rental price includes: clean bed sheets and towels are included. This studio can be rented on a daily basis for a minimum of three days, for 60 euros per day, with a 15% discount for use as a single. For periods from a week to a year, a proportionally increasing 10% to 30% discount is applied. There is a cleaning fee of € 50.00.
