A  beautiful villa consisting of two floors with sea view and swimming pool, located in the countryside and surrounded by 12.000 m2 of private land with olive groves.

Main building: on the ground floor there is a live-in kitchen, a large living room, a small bathroom, a terrace with swimming pool view and large dining table. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms including 1 with beautiful sea view and terrace, a large bathroom/shower with sea view, a large solarium on the roof with a dream sea views. The other double bedroom is on the outside, slightly underground, adjacent to the pool. This bedroom has no bathroom but only an outdoor cold shower. You have to use the bathroom on the ground floor.

The Villino Dependance: it is independent and composed of a double bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a living and dining room with kitchenette and a second single sofa bed, solarium and terrace.

The Trullo: completely renovated, it consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower.

AMENITIES: air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor and in the villino dependance, alarm system, washing machine, swimming pool (12 mt long, 4 mt wide, 1,4 mt deep), Wi-Fi.

Notes: pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside.

The weekly price includes: water, gas and electricity consumption charges; two sets of sheets for each bed and two bath towel sets per person. Final cleaning fee to be set aside, € 150,00.
