Wonderful villa in Marina di Pulsano, characterized by panoramic sea-view and direct access to the sea, both as a beach and as easily accessible rocks, where one can plunge and have a swim in crystal-clear turquoise waters with sheltered and shallow lagoons.
The villa is built on two floors.
Ground floor: from the rear of the house, where there is the parking area, one enters inside where a corridor makes way to the various rooms. First, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (no bidet), which is suited also for disabled people; then a twin bedroom and another room with a double sofa bed, sharing one bathroom with shower (no bidet), which could be ideal for kids. The corridors ends up in the big and bright living room furnished with sofas and armchairs and overlooking the sea; from there, an open archway on one side takes to the dining area with a 12-seat table and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen also opens onto the outside sea-view furnished verandah, provided also with a 4/6-seat table.
Upper floor: from the corridor a staircase leads up to the upper floor where another corridor makes way to other 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and specifically: a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub (and bidet), and private sea-view terrace; a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower (no bidet), and with a balcony; another double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub (and bidet), and with a balcony. The corridor gives access also to a vast furnished terrace with a fantastic view of the sea; this space is partly shaded, provided with sofas, loungers, a 10-12 seat-table and outdoor shower.
Outside: in the property garden there is a Jacuzzi; and a gate allows to reach the amazing turquoise sea in a few steps.
