Designed by a famous Italian artist, who brought his own flair for design, Villa Caroma is a beautiful, spacious villa with pool and solarium with sea view. It is nestled in the Salento countryside in the heart of the Torre Guaceto Park, on a land of about 1 hectare with olive treesBeautiful sandy beaches are close by, reachable by bike.
With a floor area of 300 sq.m., the Villa Caroma is made up of two distinct buildings: a main building and an annex, for a total of 5 bedrooms4 bathrooms, a large kitchen, 2 large fully furnished verandas and a large terrace with a solarium with sea view.
The main building has a symmetrical facade and a rectangular layout. The centre consists of a beautiful living room opened onto the pool and the garden. This wonderful setting, furnished with a table for 12 people and sofas, leads, on one side, to the sleeping area composed of an air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom with ceiling fan that shares a spacious bathroom with shower (with access from the hallway of the sleeping area) with the third double bedroom. The third bedroom has access to a beautiful covered veranda opened on both sides of the garden and equipped with a sink, table and chairs. On the other side of the living room, the villa consists of two floors: on the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a second covered veranda with a table and chairs, a sink and a barbecue. On the first floor, the fourth double bedroom with air conditioning. The annex is located in front of the main building at the other end of the pool. It consists of an air conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
