The ground floor serves as the welcoming social heart of the residence. It features a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area, an elegant living room with lounge, a guest bathroom, and a versatile office corner that can also serve as staff accommodation or a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the garden, an independent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom offers direct outdoor access and a peaceful atmosphere.
This level opens naturally onto the outdoor spaces, allowing guests to move seamlessly between interior living and garden life.

Mezzanine Floor

Perfectly designed for families with children or teenagers, the mezzanine floor opens into a spacious four-bed bedroom. To the right, guests will find a large bathroom featuring a double shower and two toilets, while straight ahead is a comfortable double bedroom with direct access to a cosy cinema and gaming room equipped with a 100-inch screen, 4K projector and PlayStation 5. An ideal retreat for younger guests!

First Floor – The Noble Piano

The first floor represents the historic noble area of the palace and is divided into two elegant independent wings, the Bubble Apartment and the Royal Suite. The Bubble Apartment features two elegant en-suite double bedrooms, a bright dining/living area with a fully equipped kitchen, access to panoramic terrace and balcony overlooking the garden. The Royal Suite instead is composed of a master bedroom, an adjoining smaller bedroom, a shared bathroom, an additional flexible spaces suitable as office, reading or relaxation rooms.

Annex

A private annex hidden within the gardens featuring a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette and dining facilities, a private terrace, a small plunge pool, an outdoor lounge and barbecue area.
