Nestled in the quiet of the Salento countryside amidst stretches of olive groves and vineyards, only a few kilometres from the fabulous beaches of the Ionic shore, Masseria Mezzaluna, which features also a swimming pool, is an ideal retreat for those who wish to spend a holiday in the marvels and fragrances of an amazing natural environment without giving up the amenities and comfort expected of a modern home. This ancient traditional farmhouse, with its high star-vaulted and barrel-vaulted ceilings and its whitewashed walls, has been finely renovated and furnished in the typical Apulian farmhouse style.
Note: The most distinctive feature of this property is that although it has been split into three totally independent, fully accessorized units, it comes with a large furnished shared patio with dining tables and comfortable lounge chairs. This ideal common area allows a large group of people to enjoy one another’s company without giving up a certain degree of independence and privacy. Furthermore, the central - and largest - apartment has a dining table seating 12 people. The property is surrounded by lavish fields where canopy couches have been scattered in the middle of olive groves for lazy sunbathing afternoons after the beach and before the sunset aperitif.
Unit A (1 master bedroom +2):
Large entrance/living room with a fireplace, a table and benches seating 12 people, an armchair and a masonry single sofa bed. This room leads into a fully equipped kitchen on the right and, on the left, to a master bedroom with a double bed and a masonry single bed with a bathroom with shower opposite the bedroom. Outside, there is a table seating for 8 people.
Unit B (1 master bedroom +2):
Opens directly into a living room/kitchen with a table and benches seating 6 people, and 2 masonry single sofa beds. Also features a master bedroom with a fireplace and a comfortable ensuite bathroom with a extra-large shower. Outdoor table seating 8 people.
Unit C (1 master bedroom +1):
Small entrance leading to a bathroom with a shower on the right and, on the left, to a living room/kitchen, with a table and benches seating 6 people and a masonry single sofa bed, a master bedroom with a double bed. Outdoor table seating 8 people.
AMENITIES: all the units come with a bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom, a kitchen with a 4-cooker top and gas oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, an Espresso coffee/cappuccino maker. Air conditioning in all the rooms (except bathrooms), 32" led HD TV set and Blu-Ray DVD player, Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer. Shared-use washing machine and shower outside. The outdoor common areas feature 6 sunbeds, 3 double canopy couches, modular tables and benches to seat larger groups, swimming pool (3mt*10mt).
The weekly prices include: 2-hour once a week housekeeping/cleaning (in high season), gas, water and electricity, bed & bath linen. Extra cleaning service is available on demand at the additional cost of 8,00 €/hour. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and will be charged 200,00 €, to be paid alongside with balance.
